Perkins 4.99 High Water Temperature Alarm

A quality aftermarket bulkhead mounted warning alarm for Perkins 4.99, supplied with a high temperature switch. Ideal for marine use, as it gives an audible alarm in the event of high engine temperature. We supply this with male and female lucar connectors.

Specifications:

• Buzzer 12 volts and 25mA
• Buzzer 400Hz and 97Db alarm
• Switch thread Size: 3/8" NPT；
• Temperature switch/buzzer on at 99° Celsius / 210° Fahrenheit
• Temperature switch/buzzer off at: 90° Celsius / 195° Fahrenheit
• Adaptor thread size 1/2" to 3/8"NPT

The low power requirement of this buzzer means that it can be operated directly from a fused ignition positive + without the need for a relay.

Please note: this will only work on a grounded wiring circuits, if your boat/vehicle has isolated earth supply, it will not work.
